Sylvie'searlier experience includes working at Alcatel Telecommunications, where they served as the Customer Training Program Manager - Core & Mobile Networks from March 2003 to February 2007 and as a Software Development and Test Strategy Engineer - Fixed Networks from October 1991 to February 2003.

Sylvie Lucaora pursued their education at Arts et Métiers ParisTech - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers from 2020 to 2021, where they completed a Mastère Spécialisé Manager de la Qualité, management de projets. Prior to that, they attended ISEP - école d'ingénieurs du numérique from 1988 to 1991, acquiring a Master of Engineering - MEng degree in Telecommunications Engineering.
