Ryan C. Martin began their career in 2005 as a Junior Party Chief at WHPacific Inc. In 2010, they moved to Pull-A-Part as a Tow Truck Operation Specialist, followed by Senior Vehicle Purchase Agent at Pick-n-Pull in 2011. In 2015, they began working as a Technical Artist (Contract) at Microsoft, where they were responsible for asset creation and implementation on Skype for HoloLens. In 2017, they returned to Microsoft as a Technical Artist (Contract) for Remote Assist. Finally, in 2019, they began working as a Technical Artist at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory - PNNL, responsible for 3D and 2D asset creation, design, asset workflows, shaders, lighting, VFX, art direction and implementation across several projects for VR, AR, and mobile platforms. In 2022, they moved to Avatar Partners as a Senior Technical Artist.

Ryan C. Martin attended the Academy of Interactive Entertainment (AIE) RTO 88021 from 2013 to 2015, where they earned an Advanced Diploma of Professional Game Development in Game Art & Animation. Prior to that, they attended ITT Technical Institute-Everett from 2011 to 2013, where they earned an Associate's degree in Graphic Communications.
