James Safechuck

James Safechuck has served in various roles at AvatarLabs since 2004, currently holding the position of VP Technology and Innovation. In this role, James leads the innovation department, focusing on rapid prototyping, research and development, and experimentation with new technologies. Previous roles at AvatarLabs include Director of Innovation and Technology, Software Engineer, and Developer, where James contributed significantly to software quality and technology solutions. Earlier experience as a Motion Graphics Designer/Animator involved designing and animating graphics for television and film. James's educational background includes studies at Moorpark College and the ArtCenter College of Design.
