Bárbara Engelen

Bárbara Engelen is an experienced Training Manager at Avature since October 2015, responsible for leading a team of 9 Training Specialists and overseeing the training process for both internal and external stakeholders. Engelen has previously served as a Senior Training Specialist, conceptualizing and designing training programs for a diverse international clientele. Prior to Avature, Engelen worked at Accenture as a Talent Fulfillment Sr Analyst, serving as a key HR contact for a large team in the USA, and contributed in HR analysis and personnel administration. Engelen's earlier experience includes professional practice at "Carlos G. Durand" Acute General Hospital and complex case management at GM Cars. Engelen holds a Licenciatura in Psicología from the University of Buenos Aires.
