Chris Bain

Chris Bain serves as the Global Head of Analyst Relations & Storytelling at Avaya since October 2020, where responsibilities include leading a global analyst relations team and managing relationships with key industry analyst firms. Bain previously held the position of Head of Storytelling at Avaya, where customer storytelling output increased by over 1000%. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of Partners, Alliances and International at Maintel, where oversight of sales across channels, and Director of Partner Services at Enghouse Interactive, managing the global channel for one of the company's largest partners. Earlier roles included Channel Sales Director at Datapulse and Regional Sales Manager at Fairbridge Communications Ltd. Chris Bain earned a BA (Hons) in Communications from the University of South Wales.
