Graham Yardley is an experienced professional in the telecommunications and service delivery sectors. Currently serving as Lead Service Delivery Manager at Avaya since August 2019, Graham plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional services and change management for BT and Lloyd’s Banking Group. Prior to this, Graham worked at BT from April 2013 to September 2019 in various capacities, including Enterprise Field Specialist, focusing on faults and installations, and providing onsite Avaya engineering support for Lloyd’s Banking Group.
