Pablo Rios is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and machine learning. Currently serving as a Sr. Software Engineering Manager at Avaya since December 2007, Pablo has contributed to various divisions including ACES Software & Innovations, Solutions & Technology (R&D), and Emerging Products & Technology. In addition, Pablo has worked as an Independent Researcher, focusing on machine learning applications in dermatology, genomics, and radiation therapy treatment planning from February 2020 to August 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Java Developer at BEA Systems, Senior Software Engineer at Avaya, and Software Engineer at Plexus Consultoría y Proyectos SA, among others.
