Mark Kent is an experienced Technical Author with a career spanning over two decades in the field of technical documentation. Currently working at both Avayler and Halfords since August 2021, Mark has previously held roles such as Senior Technical Author at Experian, Contract Technical Author at tvONE Ltd., and Technical Author at Flexeye. Mark has a strong background in producing user guides, online help systems, and technical material, collaborating with subject matter experts to enhance customer-focused documentation. Mark's expertise was also demonstrated during time at Cisco and Arc Solutions, where contributions to product documentation were made for a variety of technical and customer support contexts. Mark holds an HND B/TEC in Graphic Design from Swindon School of Art & Design.
