Jacqueline Swan has extensive experience in administrative and management roles, currently serving as Office Manager at AVB since June 2015, where responsibilities include maintaining vendor insurance records and tracking expenses for over 50 employees. Prior experience includes positions at Bullfrogs & Butterflies Christian Learning Center & Preschool, where Jacqueline conducted school tours and managed tuition processing, and as Beverage Department Head at Cost Plus World Market, overseeing inventory and vendor orders. Beginning a career at Century Bank and Trust as a Mortgage Loan Processor, Jacqueline quickly advanced from Teller within two years. Educational qualifications consist of a Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Michigan University's Haworth College of Business, along with multiple associate degrees from Kalamazoo Valley Community College and Glen Oaks Community College.
