Roel van Seeters

Roel van Seeters is a professional in the field of construction physics with a solid background in heritage preservation and sustainable building practices. Currently serving as a Bouwfysisch adviseur at Aveco de Bondt since October 2020, Roel previously held the role of Monumentenwachter at Monumentenwacht Noord-Brabant, focusing on the analysis and reporting of the condition of monuments. Roel's educational journey includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Bouwkunde with a specialization in Construction Physics from Avans University of Applied Sciences, complemented by experience in internships at various companies, including DGMR and Bouwbedrijf Van Son. A comprehensive understanding of eco-friendly building materials and techniques was demonstrated during an internship focused on biobased and vapor-open construction methods, leading to an accomplished thesis that received high marks.
