Matthieu Maudelonde

Matthieu Maudelonde is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in improving operational efficiency within industrial companies. As a Partner at Avencore since August 2009, Matthieu has led various projects focused on business transformation, cost design, non-quality eradication, and maintenance improvement. Matthieu also serves as a (Senior) Manager and (Senior) Consultant at Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Nancy, specializing in industrial competitiveness since January 2022, and holds a lecturer position on the same topic. Previous experience includes an R&D Engineer internship at TechnicAtome in 2008. Matthieu holds an Ingénieur Civil des Mines degree from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Nancy, a Master’s degree in Energy from Imperial College London, and is currently enrolled in the High Performance Management Program at HEC Paris.
