Ron Perera

Ron Perera is the Senior Managing Director of the Southeast Region for the Aventon Companies, which includes the Carolinas, Georgia, Tennessee, and southern Virginia. Mr. Perera is responsible for the overall regional development business including the sourcing and execution of new projects from conception through predevelopment, construction, lease-up, and final disposition. Prior to joining Aventon, Mr. Perera served as a multifamily development executive for the past 20 years in the Carolinas and California with the Bainbridge Companies, Wood Partners, and the ConAm Group. He is a licensed civil engineer in Maryland, holds a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Duke University. He also maintains an active real estate broker’s license in North Carolina.
