Sean M. Flanagan

Sean M. Flanagan serves as the Senior Development Director for Aventon, where he is responsible for overall management of the development process throughout Florida as well as other South East markets. Mr. Flanagan brings more than 20 years of experience in the multifamily development industry, with over 5,400 apartment homes completed ranging from garden-style, to high-rise mixed-use buildings. Prior to joining Aventon, Mr. Flanagan was a Managing Director with Alliance Residential and Vice President of Development and Construction for Mill Creek Residential. Mr. Flanagan began his multifamily career in Orlando, Florida, with Chicago-based Pritzker Residential, where he managed the development and construction of over 2,400 new luxury apartments including the redevelopment of the Orlando Naval Training Center, now known as Baldwin Park; Disney’s Celebration community; and the 848-unit Centergate Miramar project, to name several. Mr. Flanagan received his Bachelor of Arts from Marquette University and is a licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate.
