Shirin Ali

Shirin Ali has a strong background in project management and enrollment services. Shirin is currently serving as the Director of Project Management at AVENU Learning since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked at DePaul University for over 19 years, holding various roles. Shirin started as a Coordinator in January 2002, where they oversaw database management and generated enrollment reports. Shirin then progressed to become an Assistant Director, significantly increasing student numbers and playing a key role in the growth of courses and student enrollment. Later, they became the Associate Director of Operations, Marketing, and Planning, before assuming the role of Senior Program Manager and eventually the Director (Assistant Dean of Enrollment Services). Throughout their tenure at DePaul University, Shirin made valuable contributions such as reducing technical support tickets and implementing enrollment expansion strategies.

Shirin Ali's education history begins with their completion of a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from DePaul University Jarvis College of Computing and Digital Media in 2002. They then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Public Services Management from DePaul University, which was completed in 2005.

In addition to their formal degrees, Shirin Ali has obtained multiple certifications throughout their career.
