Paul C. began their work experience in 1995 as an Assistant Manager at BPI Investment Management Inc. Paul then moved on to roles as an Analyst in the Finance Department at Prebon Yamane, Programmer Analyst at Salomon Smith Barney, and Associate - Programmer Analyst at J.P. Morgan Fleming Asset Management. Subsequently, they worked as an Independent Technology Consultant at Bear Stearns, a Geneva Consultant at Advent Software, and currently serves as the Managing Director at Avenue Capital Group, where they oversee information systems and leads a team of software developers and business system analysts.

Paul C. earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia University in 1995. Paul later pursued an MBA through an exchange program at the Asian Institute of Management in 2005 and completed their MBA at the University of Hawaiʻi - Shidler College of Business in the same year.
