Annie Duan, P.Eng, PMP, MBA, is an experienced project engineer and project manager with a robust background in civil engineering and construction management. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at Avenue Living Asset Management, Annie has extensive experience in managing land rezoning, development permits, and building inspections. Previous roles include Capital Development Project Manager at Calgary Housing Company and Mainstreet Equity Corp., where responsibilities encompassed overseeing major renovation projects, preparing project documentation, and conducting contractor evaluations.
