Shaney Esparza

Shaney Esparza is an experienced professional with a strong background in administrative support, education, and community services. Currently serving as an Intern and Employment Coordinator at Avenue Scholars Foundation since July 2022, Shaney collaborates with staff and local businesses to create employment opportunities for students. Previous roles include Head Secretary at Hartman Elementary School and Administrative Associate at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where responsibilities encompassed a wide range of administrative tasks. Shaney has also worked in educational settings as a Behavior Intervention Specialist and Special Needs Paraeducator, and contributed to community organizations such as Uplifting Paws and Waypoint Services. Shaney holds a Bachelor of Science in Child Adult and Family Services from Iowa State University.
