Alexander Dow

Alexander Dow has had a varied work experience. Alexander started their career as a Student-Athlete at Seattle University from August 2011 to July 2013. After that, they worked as an Intern at Roussos Construction Services for three months in 2013. In the same year, they also worked as a Leasing Consultant at Riverstone Residential Group from August 2013 to July 2014. Following this, they worked as a Student Brand Manager at Red Bull from July 2014 to June 2015. Alexander then moved on to work as an Inventory Manager at Synergy Global Housing from June 2015 to April 2016. Alexander joined Avenue5 Residential in April 2016 as an Analyst in the Client Strategy Group. Alexander worked their way up within the company, serving as an Associate in the same group from December 2017 to September 2020, then as an Associate Vice President from October 2020 to February 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President in the Client Strategy Group at Avenue5 Residential, starting in February 2022.

Alexander Dow completed their education history as follows:

- From 2018 to 2019, they attended the University of San Diego and obtained a Master of Science in Real Estate.

- From 2011 to 2015, they studied at Seattle University, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication and Media Studies.

In addition to their degrees, they also obtained a certification as a LEED Green Associate from Green Business Certification, Inc. in 2019.
