Arlyssa LaPorte is an experienced biotechnology educator and research professional. Since August 2014, Arlyssa has served as a Biotechnology CTE Teacher at both Essex Agricultural and Technical High School and the Essex North Shore Agricultural & Technical School District. Throughout a research career that began in October 2001 at Curis Inc. as a Research Assistant II, Arlyssa has progressed to roles including Research Associate at AVEO Pharmaceuticals since February 2004, where responsibilities include per diem research tasks. Arlyssa holds a Master of Science in Biology from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Stonehill College.
