Pamela Berg has worked in the Human Resources and Recruitment field since 1994. Pamela began their career as a Recruiter at DS Wolf and then moved to TMP Worldwide as a Director. In 1997, they joined Deloitte as a Federal Recruiting Senior Manager, where they were responsible for all Recruiting, HR and RM activities for a 1200 person, 300 million dollar practice. In 2008, they moved to The Coddington Group as the Director of Recruiting. There, they managed a small team of Recruiters, built out a Performance Management capability, and created Recruiting best practices and processes. In 2010, they became the Director of Recruiting at Crossbridge, where they were responsible for hiring and onboarding Financial Services professionals. In 2015, they provided full life cycle recruitment services to an insurance/ risk product firm in the DC metro area as a short-term consulting engagement with The Artisan Group. Pamela then joined Prodaré LLC in 2016 as a Managing Director, Talent Advisor, providing Independent Consulting services to Federal clients with special expertise in Talent Management and Executive Talent Acquisition. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Vice President of AVER, LLC, a Data & Digital Transformation company that delivers exceptional client service with great people and transformative technology solutions.
Pamela Berg attended the University of Delaware in Newark, DE from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
