Rhonda Lindes, CSFS, has over 18 years of experience in health insurance administration, currently serving as a Client Relationship Executive Lead and Business Analyst at Avera Health Plans since August 2005. Rhonda specializes in managing large self-funded ASO health plan accounts with contract revenues exceeding $13 million and over 25,000 lives. Prior to Avera Health Plans, Rhonda worked at DAKOTACARE in various roles, including Self-Funded Health Plan Client Relationship Executive and State of South Dakota Account Manager, from August 2005 to July 2023. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Account Specialist and Health Insurance Agent at Boen & Associates from May 2001 to August 2005. Rhonda received a certification in Accounting and Business/Management from Altimaha Technical Institute between 1995 and 1997.
