Heidi Ford has extensive experience in waste management and environmental solutions, currently serving as Business Unit Manager and General Manager (Onsite) at Averda since July 2008, overseeing On-Site and Logistics Business Units. Previous roles include General Manager/National Compliance Manager and General Manager/National Marketing Manager at EnviroServ Waste Management (Pty) Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed integrated waste management for various sectors. As a self-employed Owner/Manager, Heidi provided consultancy and training in healthcare risk waste.
