Mvokany Maxime, MBA, PMP, CertIOSH, serves as the Head of Occupational Health & Safety at Averda, where responsibilities include developing an OHS Management System aimed at achieving Mission Zero through compliance with international standards and incident mitigation planning. With extensive experience in health, safety, quality, and environment management, Mvokany held various roles at Averda, including HSSEQ Manager and Operations Support & QHSE Manager, where significant achievements included the development of a health and safety reporting system and the establishment of management systems compliant with international standards. Mvokany's prior experience includes project management and business analysis roles at Diageo, as well as internships focusing on financial analysis and credit risk. Mvokany holds an MBA in Global Management from Hult International Business School and a Master’s degree in Financial Risk Management from Moscow State University of Management, complemented by a Level 6 Diploma in Health and Safety from SHeild.
