Pete Klochaney

Pete Klochaney has been working in the recruiting industry for over 10 years. Pete started their career as a director at The Sandri Companies, where they worked for 7 years. In 2016, they founded their own staffing company, LUNA STAFFING LLC. Pete ran LUNA STAFFING for 3 years before joining United Technologies as a senior technical recruiter in March of 2017. Pete worked at United Technologies for 2 years before joining Talener in May of 2019 as a senior recruiting manager. Pete has been with Averity since February of 2021 and is currently their contracted superhuman.

Pete Klochaney’s educational career began with high school at Cicero North Syracuse High School. Pete then went on to Onondaga Community College for an associate’s degree in early childhood education and teaching. After that, they attended State University of New York College at Oswego for their BA in U.S. history, education (K-5), and sociology. Finally, they completed their master’s degree in special education and teaching also at State University of New York College at Oswego.
