François Rainville

Francois Rainville is an experienced executive with a diverse background in leadership and board roles. Currently serving as President & CEO of Averna since September 2012, Rainville has also held positions as Chief Operations Officer and VP Sales and Marketing within the same organization. Additional board roles include independent board member at Keatext and member of the board at Notarius Solutions during its acquisition by Portage. Previous experience encompasses chairing the board at Cognibox and advisory roles at multiple companies, including SpaceCodesign and Nexalogy. Rainville's early career included serving as CEO of Eloda Corporation, a provider of innovative TV advertising tools. Rainville holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences from Université de Montréal and a DEC in Sciences from Collège Jean de Brébeuf.
