Eric Karadimas

Eric Karadimas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Eric'smost recent role was as a Customer Success Manager at Avero, starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Firefly Health as a People and Office Coordinator from July 2022 to March 2023. In this role, they were responsible for office operations, employee onboarding, organizing events, and coordinating IT issues.

Before joining Firefly Health, Eric was a Branch Operations Specialist at Parts Town from June 2021 to July 2022. Eric excelled in enhancing client relations, improving customer experience, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

In 2019, Eric worked as a Service Manager at Tastes On The Fly, overseeing restaurant operations, managing staff, and maintaining inventory. Prior to that, they served as a Hospitality Manager at Encore Boston Harbor, where they contributed to the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures and received positive feedback for their hospitality management.

From 2017 to 2019, Eric held the position of Senior Manager, Operations at Max Restaurant Group, where they were responsible for day-to-day operations, budgeting, and training programs. Before that, they worked as a Dining Room Manager at Abigail's Grille & Wine Bar, focusing on guest experience, event management, and cocktail curation.

Eric's earlier experience includes roles as a Section Head and Bridal Attendant at The Riverview from 2012 to 2014 and as a Social Media and Events Intern at The Hartford Business Journal in 2014, where they assisted with event planning, soliciting sponsorships, and managing social media accounts.
