Fidaije Nesimi

Fidaije Nesimi has had a successful career in human resources, with experience in various leadership roles.

In 1999, Nesimi started working at Xceed/methodfive as the Director of Human Resources. In this role, they implemented a plan to establish the HR function, supporting the company's growth and eventual takeover by Xceed. Nesimi also led the company's recruiting strategy and process to meet management needs.
