Tony Barnes

Tony Barnes has extensive experience in corporate law, with a focus on serving as Chief Corporate Counsel. Tony began their career as an Associate at Troutman Sanders LLP in 1998 and worked there until 2004. Tony then joined Law Weathers as a Partner from 2004 to 2016. In 2016, they became the Chief Corporate Counsel at Founders Brewing Co. and concurrently worked as Of Counsel at Varnum LLP. Tony left Founders Brewing Co. in 2020 to join Avery Brewing Co. as their Chief Corporate Counsel. Tony'stime at Varnum LLP ended in October 2022.

Tony Barnes obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economics/Drama from Kenyon College, where they studied from 1987 to 1991. Subsequently, they pursued a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law from Vanderbilt University Law School from 1995 to 1998.
