Debbie Shakespeare

Debbie Shakespeare is a seasoned professional currently serving as Senior Director of Sustainability, Compliance, and Core Product Lines at Avery Dennison since July 2007. In this role, Debbie leads the development and integration of the company's 2030 Sustainability Goals, focusing on sustainable business practices and stakeholder engagement to achieve a Net-Zero target by 2050. Previous positions at Avery Dennison include Senior Director of Compliance and Fabrics Solutions, where Debbie managed global product and social compliance strategies, and Senior Director of Global Supply Chain, responsible for the Global Supply Chain function for RBIS Apparel.
