Chris Brown is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Sales Agent and Managing Broker at Avery-Hess, Realtors since April 2007, Chris focuses on mentoring, training, and recruiting agents while also assisting clients in buying and selling homes. Prior to this position, Chris worked as a Real Estate Agent with Llewellyn Realtors from April 2004 to December 2010, contributing to the success of the Patrick Rutledge Team by selling over 100 homes. Early experience includes a role as a Real Estate Broker at Realty World, First Coast Realty from April 2001 to April 2004. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Marketing from High Point University and is certified as a Pre-License Education Instructor.
