Katja Hom

Katja Hom is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate and operations management. Currently serving as the Managing Broker and Vice President of Business Development at AveryHess, Realtors® since July 2006, Katja oversees multiple revenue departments, focusing on property management, e-leads, vendor relations, and business development. Previously held roles include Director of Operations at AH Management, LLC (2006-2012) and Administrative Manager for the Foreign Desk at The Washington Post (2005-2006), where significant liaison responsibilities were managed. Katja also served as the Director of Marketing North America at Berlin Tourism (1999-2004), successfully developing marketing strategies that enhanced visitor numbers and operational effectiveness. Katja earned a BS in Communication/Public Relations from George Mason University (1998-2001).
