Yao Marian Tong (We are hiring)

Yao Marian Tong is a highly experienced professional in the fields of venture capital, startup incubation, and investment advisory. Currently serving as the Managing Partner at Aves Lair, a Web3 hybrid accelerator and venture capital firm since April 2020, Yao has been instrumental in launching the first Accelerator program in July 2020. Previously, as President of Lair East from January 2017 to May 2020, Yao oversaw a co-working space and tech hub in New York City that incubated over 30 startups and initiated more than five tech incubation programs. Prior experience includes serving as Managing Partner at LT Global Advisors from July 2015 to May 2019, where Yao provided investment insights and wealth management services to high-net-worth individuals and family offices. Yao holds a Master's degree in Financial Engineering from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
