Kristyl Thompson

Kristyl Thompson has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Kristyl currently serves as the Chief Compliance Officer at Avēsis, LLC, a position they started in October 2022. Prior to this role, they worked at Optum as the Vice President of Regulatory Affairs from August 2021 to October 2022. Before joining Avēsis, LLC and Optum, they held various positions at OptumRx, including Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs & Policy from March 2019 to August 2021, and Director of Regulatory Affairs from January 2012 to August 2021. Kristyl began their career at UnitedHealth Group as the Manager of Regulatory Affairs from April 2004 to December 2011.

Kristyl Thompson obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Quinnipiac University, which they attended from 1998 to 2002. Kristyl then pursued further education at Boston University from 2002 to 2004, completing their Master of Public Health (MPH) degree with a focus on Health Policy.
