Pooja Mishra

Pooja Mishra has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Pooja served as Vice President - HR & Strategic Accounts at Avesta Computer Services from June 2019 onwards. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Manager - Human Resources at the same company, starting in June 2013. In this role, Pooja was responsible for managing the complete recruitment life-cycle, conducting interviews, salary negotiation, and offer roll-out. Pooja also took charge of employee engagement and welfare activities. Before joining Avesta Computer Services, Pooja worked as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at ARCIS e Services Pvt. Ltd. from October 2008 to June 2013.

Pooja Mishra pursued an MBA in Human Resources (HR) from Bharati Vidyapeeth in Mumbai, from the year 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from H.R. College of Commerce & Economics between 2003 and 2006. The fields of study for both degrees were not specified.
