Betsy Liau

Betsy Liau currently serves as the Director of Sales Programs and Operations at AVEVA, a position held since January 2025. Prior to this, Betsy was the Senior Director of Sales Operations at Sphera, leading a global team focused on enhancing sales efficiency from March 2023 to November 2024. Betsy also held the role of Vice President of Sales Operations at HungerRush, where a transformative go-to-market strategy was implemented to boost revenue generation. Betsy’s earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Global Sales Operations at Schneider Electric, where key processes were refined, and as a Manager at Cooper Industries Ltd. and Halliburton, focusing on sales and marketing analysis and business process improvement. Betsy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas McCombs School of Business and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business.
