Sumeet Agarwal

Sumeet Agarwal is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software development and research and development. Currently serving as an R&D Principal Technologist (Technical Lead) at AVEVA since March 2021, Sumeet previously held various roles at OSIsoft from July 2017 to March 2021, including Senior Software Developer and Service Ops Champion, where responsibilities included enhancing build-release pipelines and developing a microservice-based data ingress service. Sumeet's earlier experience includes a Software Engineering Internship at Layered Insight, where backend development was performed using multiple technologies, and a Project Trainee role at Tata Consultancy Services, involving web application development. Sumeet holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai.
