Carlo Beijen is a historian with extensive research experience in various historical projects. Currently, Carlo works as a Historicus at AVG, focusing on historical research related to explosive war remnants from World War II. Additionally, Carlo serves as a Research Volunteer for the Waalpaintings project. Previous roles include a Research Assistant for an NWO-funded project at Radboud University Nijmegen, a Research Intern at De Nederlandsche Bank, and involvement in multiple educational and research initiatives at Radboud University, Mauritshuis, and several internships. Carlo holds a Research Master's Degree and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Radboud University, along with studying at Università degli studi Roma TRE and acquiring a propedeuse from HAN University of Applied Sciences.
