Vicki Bosworth

Vicki Bosworth currently serves as Executive Vice President of Human Resources at AVI-SPL since December 2021. Prior to this role, Vicki provided HR consulting services to local businesses from May 2017 to December 2021. Vicki's extensive experience includes a tenure at Johnson Controls from January 2012 to May 2017 as Vice President of Human Resources for Global Workplace Solutions, where responsibility encompassed global HR strategy and execution. Vicki's earlier roles at Hewlett Packard spanned from August 2002 to February 2010, holding positions such as Director of HR for the Americas Infrastructure Technology/BPO/Application Services and Director of US Region Human Resources, managing large teams and supporting significant employee bases and revenue streams. Vicki holds an MBA in Human Resources from The University of Dallas and a BA in Psychology from The University of Texas at Dallas.
