Stephen Gordon

Stephen Gordon has a diverse range of work experience in the fields of business development, healthcare, and technology.

Stephen is currently the Vice President of Business Development at AVIA, where they focus on expanding the network for health systems seeking to innovate and transform.

Prior to AVIA, Stephen served as the Vice President of Business Development at Evolent Health, where they assisted leading provider organizations in achieving superior clinical and financial results in value-based care. Stephen successfully grew the pediatric business and increased net new revenue during their tenure.

Stephen has also worked at Lumeris as the Director of Accountable Care Solutions, where they secured the company's first provider customers in the Western US. Additionally, they held a position in Microsoft as the Director of Mission Critical Platform Sales, where they achieved significant application platform wins and exceeded sales targets.

Earlier in their career, Stephen worked with Microsoft in various roles, including Director of Healthcare Solution Sales and West Region Provider Solution Sales Director in the Health & Life Sciences Industry Group.

Stephen also gained experience at RedPrairie (formerly Blue Martini Software) as an Account Executive and at Oracle (formerly Hyperion Solutions) as a Senior Account Manager.
