John Luca

John Luca is an accomplished program analyst with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Program Analyst at Envisioneering Inc since February 2023, John previously held the position of Senior Program Analyst at AVIAN LLC since January 2015, contributing valuable insights and leadership. Prior experience includes roles at Strategic Analysis Incorporated as Business Finance Manager from June 1998 to December 2014 and as Field Services Financial Assistant at World Learning from June 1995 to June 1998. John holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Virginia Commonwealth University, where studies were completed between 1990 and 1993, and also attended Elon University from 1986 to 1988.
