Novi Christiana

Novi Christiana has extensive work experience in the paint industry. Novi started their career at PT. Jotun Indonesia in 2000, where they worked as a Business Segment Manager. Their responsibilities included managing the sales team, monitoring customer activities, and responding to market changes. Novi stayed with PT. Jotun Indonesia until 2014. In 2014, Novi joined PT Avia Avian Tbk. (Avian Brands) as a Deputy Marketing Director. Their role involved planning and executing advertising and promotional campaigns for the paints industry. Overall, Novi has demonstrated expertise in sales management, customer satisfaction, and marketing strategies within the paint industry.

Novi Christiana has a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universitas Trisakti, which they completed from 1995 to 1999.

Later, they pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from The University of Western Australia. This degree was completed from 2003 to 2004.
