Robert Mulet has extensive work experience in various roles related to digital sales, e-commerce, marketing, and customer experience. Robert is currently working as the Digital Sales & Experience Director at Avianca since December 2022. Prior to this, they held positions such as Director of Ecommerce & Ancillary Revenue and Director of Ecommerce at Avianca from 2017 to 2022.
Before joining Avianca, Robert worked as an Advisor at Ufounders starting in April 2022. Robert also served as the Senior Manager Customer & Digital at PwC España from 2015 to 2017.
During their career, they held the position of Head of Marketing & Ecommerce at Iberia Express from 2012 to 2015 and Chief Marketing Officer at UppTalk from 2011 to 2012. Additionally, they worked as an Ecommerce Manager at Custo Barcelona from 2010 to 2011 and in various roles including Digital UX & Analytics Manager and UX/UI Design at Vueling Airlines from 2007 to 2010.
Robert Mulet completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at IE Business School from 2015 to 2016. In 2017, they pursued an Executive Education Program in Strategic Management at IESE Business School. From 2004 to 2008, they studied at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, earning an Official Degree in Multimedia Engineering with a focus on digital studies. In 2018 and 2019, they participated in the Digital Marketing Executive Program offered by Google & McKinsey.
