Konstantin Savchenko has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Konstantin started their career at CardsMobile (i-Free) in 2012 as a Product Manager. In this role, they created and launched the first Russian NFC mobile wallet for contactless payments and helped pivot the product to a loyalty wallet. Konstantin worked with a team of 18 developers and QA engineers, mobile analysts, designer, and marketer.
In 2015, Konstantin joined Aviasales as a Mobile Product Manager. Konstantin was responsible for the mobile hotels department, managing three teams and overseeing product management, development, and P&L. Under their leadership, the product experienced significant growth in revenue and received accolades from users on Google Play and the App Store.
Konstantin's success led to their promotion to VP Mobile Products in January 2019. In this role, they formed the mobile product strategy, reformed product development teams, and optimized processes for fast delivery and experimentation. Konstantin also changed the product vision to focus on open search and exploration services to drive user retention and new revenue streams. Konstantin led a department of six teams and played a crucial role in the company's overall growth.
In February 2020, Konstantin took on the role of VP New Products and Deputy CPO at Aviasales. Konstantin founded and ran the New Products department, aiming to enhance user retention and explore new revenue streams. Managing eight teams and approximately 80 employees, Konstantin continued their impressive track record of driving growth and innovation.
Konstantin Savchenko completed their education from 2001 to 2006 at the Saint Petersburg University of Telecommunications. Konstantin obtained a Master's degree in Economics and Management from this institution. In addition to their formal education, Konstantin has also obtained several certifications, including Marty Cagan's Product Discovery Masterclass from PRODUCTIZED in October 2018, Go Practice Simulator, Product Analytics Course from Go Practice by Oleg Yakubenkov in June 2018, and the Software Product Management Specialization from Coursera Course Certificates in April 2016.
