Janwillen Manimendre

Janwillen (Jan) Manimendre has a diverse and extensive background in telecommunications, with significant experience in network operations, customer support, and product management. Starting their career in 1990 at Paktel as a Senior Technician Digital Switching, they provided technical support and developed an automated software solution for subscriber management. Jan then joined Ericsson Canada Inc. in 1995 and held various roles, including Customer Technical Support Engineer and Manager of Service Delivery, where they ensured excellent customer satisfaction and implemented improvements in network support services. In 2017, they transitioned to Huawei, where they served as the VP of Network Operations, Assurance, Technology & Learning Services, responsible for financial metrics and strategic directions in services and business development. Janwillen (Jan) also held the position of Head of AMS, overseeing customer support operations and delivery management. Currently, Jan is the Head of Global VF/LTE/5G Access & Core Product Management at Aviat Networks.

Janwillen (Jan) Manimendre has completed an Executive Development Program at The University of Texas at Dallas. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree from an undisclosed university.
