Nikki Thatcher

Nikki Thatcher has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources, having worked at Aviator since August 2008. Nikki has held various positions including Director of Human Resources, Human Resources Manager, HR Advisor, and Recruitment and Training Coordinator, where responsibilities include identifying recruitment and development needs and designing solutions across the organization. Additionally, Nikki served as a Food & Beverage Recruitment and Training Executive and Brasserie Head Waitress from July 2015 to July 2019. Nikki holds a Bachelor’s Degree in German and Italian from Anglia Ruskin University, completed from 1994 to 1998, and attended Calthorpe Park School from 1987 to 1992.
