Tricia Scott has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tricia started their career in 1999 at JCPenney as a Systems Coordinator, where they trained and mentored retail teams on item tracking systems and collaborated with merchandise buyers to improve inventory costs and gross profit. In 1999, Tricia joined Cooper Fitness Center at Craig Ranch as the Business Office Director, Retail Director, and HR representative, where they implemented strategies to expand private label activewear and oversaw purchasing, merchandising, inventory, and payroll for 300+ employees. From 2014 to 2018, Tricia worked at IDLife Corporate as the Compliance Director, Field Recognition Director, and Project Manager.
