Stephen Rodney

Stephen joined Avicado in 2020 as a System Administrator after successful back-to-back internships with the Chicago Transit Authority and Regional Transit Authority, where he honed his skills in Strategic Planning and Training and Workforce Development.

Prior to entering the workforce, Stephen earned his Master’s degree in Public Policy with a certificate in Metropolitan Planning and Development from DePaul University and his B.A. degree in Communication and Media Studies from Loyola University Chicago. He currently resides in Chicago, where he also volunteers on the associate board of Esperanza Health Centers.
