Gregory Borgerding Ed.d.

Gregory Borgerding Ed.D. serves as the Director of Secondary Education for EUGENE SD 4J, overseeing all 9-12 programs and support services since July 2022, with a focus on systems alignment and instructional practices. Gregory has held significant leadership roles, including Past President of the Oregon Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development and AVID Staff Developer, emphasizing the implementation of AVID High School Leadership. Previous experiences include principal roles at Churchill High School and Spencer Butte Middle School, as well as instructional leadership positions within the White River School District. Gregory's educational background includes an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Seattle University, along with various degrees and certifications related to educational administration and teaching.
