Erik Tita

Erik Tita is a seasoned professional in payment operations and customer success, currently serving as the Senior Director of Payment Operations and previously as the Director of Payment Execution at AvidXchange, Inc. since February 2021. Prior to this, Erik held the position of Chief Operating Officer and Advisor at Jia, where focus was on enhancing operational efficiency for location-centric field teams. Erik's earlier experience includes roles at C.R. England as Customer Success Operations Manager, Customer Success Manager, and Customer Service Assistant, as well as membership on the Arts Guild Board of Directors for Sandy City. Additional positions were held at Wasatch Construction and Venafi in various capacities. Erik holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Utah.
