Matt Jones

Matt Jones is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and customer service. Since May 2018, Matt has served as the Technical Support Team Leader at AvidXchange, Inc., leading a team of 18 and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance customer experiences and resolve system issues. Previous roles at AvidXchange include Senior Product Specialist and Product Support Specialist II, where Matt excelled in problem resolution, training new hires, and supporting operations.
